Terms of Service

Last updated: June 11, 2026. By using Almanack you agree to these terms. Please read them — they are written to be plain, not to trick you.

What Almanack is

Almanack is a digital self-assessment for people considering solo founding. You answer a set of questions and receive a reading of your “dominant value” profile. A free teaser is available to everyone; a paid report adds a longer, AI-assisted reading and a downloadable PDF. Some passages of the paid report are generated with the help of Claude AI, as disclosed throughout the site and in the report itself.

Not professional advice

The reading is reflective and educational. It is not financial, legal, career, tax, or psychological advice, and it makes no guarantee of any business outcome. Decisions you make after reading it are your own. If you need professional advice, consult a qualified professional.

Your account & use

You may use Almanack for your own personal reflection. Please don’t resell, scrape, redistribute, or republish the report or its underlying content, and don’t attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the email you provide for delivery and recovery.

Payments

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, using Stripe as the card processor. Your card details never touch our servers. Lemon Squeezy handles billing, tax, and the payment receipt. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay; it is locked at the moment you check out. See our Refund Policy for refunds.

Availability & changes

Almanack is offered “as is” and “as available.” We may update, pause, or discontinue features, and we may revise these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, where the seller operates as an individual. Nothing here removes rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.
