Refund Policy

Last updated: June 11, 2026. The paid reading is a one-time digital product. We want you to feel it was worth it — if it wasn’t, tell us.

Our promise

If the paid report didn’t give you anything useful, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll refund you in full — no interrogation. Because the report is personalized and generated for you, we ask only that you let us know briefly what fell short, so the tool can get better.

How refunds are processed

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method, typically within a few business days depending on your bank or card provider.

How to request a refund

Reach us via the contact page with the email you used at checkout and your order reference (from your Lemon Squeezy receipt). We’ll confirm and process it.
